- 04 December 1976: Riverway Management Section No.1 - Saigon was established under the Decision No.364/QD/TC issued by Riverways Sub-Department under Ministry of Transport;

- 05 September 1986: Renamed as Waterway Management Section No.1 under the Decision No.377/QD-TCCB issued by Union of Waterways Transport Enterprises I;

- 20 October 1988: Renamed as Waterway Transport Management Section No.1 under the Decision No. 1098/QD-TC-LD issued by Union of Waterways Transport Enterprises I;

- 06 July 1992: Renamed as Riverway Management Section No.10 under the Nothern Riverway Sub-zone under the Decision No.1279/QD/TCCB-LD issued by Ministry of Transport and Post;

- 23 December 2008: Renamed as Inland Waterway Management Section No.10 under the Decision No.1224/QD-CDS issued by Vietnam Riverways Administration (Now Vietnam Inland Waterways Administration);

- 31 December 2014: Initial Public Offering (IPO) was launched with an offered quantity of 225,000 shares and average winning bid of VND13,320 per share;

- 12 March 2015: Shareholders' meeting was held successfully for the first time to establish Inland Waterway Management Maintenance Joint Stock Company No.10;

- 13 March 2015: Put into operation under the model of a joint stock company with a charter capital of VND VND15 billion;

- 25 April 2016: Became a public company;

- 03 April 2017: Traded on the UPCOM market;
