17,100 500,000,000 - 29 April 1995: Vietnam Textile and Garment Corporation was established under the Decision No.253/QD-TTg issued by the Prime Minister;
- 02 December 2005: Renamed as Vietnam National Textile And Garment Group (VINATEX) with an initial charter capital of VND3,400 billion and put into operation under the model of mother company-subsidiary under the Decision No.314/QD-TTg issued by the Prime Minister;
- 25 June 2010: The Prime Miniter issued the Decision No.974/QD-TTg on transforming Mother Company-Vietnam National Textile And Garment Group into One-Member State-owned Limited Company under the ownership of the State;
- 06 May 2014: The Prime Miniter issued the Decision No.646/QD-TTg on approving the plan of equitizing Mother Company-Vietnam National Textile And Garment Group;
- 22 September 2014: Initial Public Offering (IPO) was launched at Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange (HOSE) with average winning bid of VND11,000 per share;
- 08 January 2015: Shareholders' meeting was held successfully for the first time;
- 29 January 2015: Put into operation under the model of a joint stock company with a charter capital of VND5,000 billion;
- 03 January 2017: Traded on the UPCOM market;
