Milestones
- 1988: Vietnam Telecommunication Company - VTC, the joint venture of DGPT and Handel GmbH, was established. DGPT contributed 70% of the total capital at $500,000, Handel GmbH contributed 30%;
- 1999: Renamed as Vietnam Telecommunications Company (VTC), started operating as a joint stock company with the initial charter capital of VND15 billion;
- 2003: The charter capital was increased to VND18 billion;
- 2006: The charter capital was increased to VND24.15 billion;
- 2007: The charter capital was increased to VND26.08 billion;
- 2008: Established ITE Joint Stock Company and increased the charter capital to VND40.5 billion.
- 2009: The Company changed to be listed from HOSE to HNX, increasing the charter capital to VND45.34 billion;
