Vinh Phuc Water Supply and Drainage Joint Stock Company No.1 (UPCoM: VPW)

- 1963: Vinh Yen Water Plant was established;

- 24 March 1995: Vinh Phuc Provincial People's Committee issued the Decision No.437/QD-UB renaming Vinh Yen Water Plant as Vinh Yen Water Supply Company;

- 23 September 1999: Vinh Phuc Provincial People's Committee issued the Decision No.2489/QD-UB on supplemeting business lines and renaming Vinh Yen Water Supply Company as Vinhphuc No1 Water Supply and Drainage Company;

- 22 September 2008: Vinh Phuc Provincial People's Committee issued the Decision No.3421/QD-CT on approving the plan of equitizing Vinhphuc No1 Water Supply and Drainage Company;

- 20 July 2009: Renamed as Vinhphuc No1 Water Supply and Drainage Joint Stock Company under the business registration certificate No.2224 /QD-CT issued by Vinh Phuc Provincial People's Committee;

- 03 August 2009: Put into operation under the model of a joint stock company with a charter capital of VND68,255,000,000 under the business registration certificate No.2500155742 amended for the first time by Vinh Phuc Department of Planning and Investment;

- 12 May 2011: Charter capital was raised up to VND94,441,500,000;

- 13 April 2017: Became a public company under the Document No.1958/UBCK-GSDC issued by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam;

- 19 January 2017: Charter capital was raised up to VND111,686,760,000;

- 13 November 2017: Traded on UPCOM market;
