Milestones
- 1970: Electronics Research Laboratory of the Ministry of Mechanical Engineering and Metallurgy (Ministry of Industry and Trade), a precursor of the Company, was established;
- 1980: Electronics Factories Union was established;
- 1984: The General Department of Electronic and Computer Engineering was established, including Electronics Factories Union, IBM and Computer Administration;
- 1988: The General Department of Electronic and Computer Engineering was dissolved; Vietnam Electronic-Informatics Union was established;
- 1995: Vietnam Electronics and Informatics Corporation was established from Vietnam Electronic-Informatics Union;
- 21 November 2006: Initial Public Offering (IPO) was launched at Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange (HOSE);
- 03 February 2007: Shareholders' Meeting was held successfully for the first time to establish Vietnam Electronics And Informatics Joint-Stock Corporation;
- 28 February 2007: Put into operation under the model of a joint stock company with a charter capital of VND438 billion under the business registration certificate No; 0100103351 issued by Hanoi Department of Investment and Planning;
- 15 May 2017: Became a public company;
- 14 July 2017: Traded on UPCOM market;
