Construction Machinery Corporation - JSC (UPCoM: TCK)

- 20 November 1995: Construction Machinery Corporation was established under the Decision No. 993/BXD-TCCB by Minister of Construction;

- 30 December 2005: Changed into operation under a model of Parent Company-Subsidiaries under the Decision No.2439/QD-BXD by Minister of Construction;

- June 2010: Transformed into a One-Member Limited Company under the Decision No. 94/TDSD-HDQT;

- January 2010: Construction Machinery Corporation was transferred to be under management of Vietnam Industrial Construction Corporation;

- October 2012: Rights and obligations of a state capital owner was transferred from Parent company - Song Da Group to Ministry of Construction under the Decision No.915/QD-BXD by Minister of Construction;

- 23 December 2015: The Prime Minister issued the Decision No.2368/QD-TTg on approving the plan of equitizing and transforming Parent company - Construction Machinery Corporation into a joint stock company;

- 11 July 2016: Initial Public Offering (IPO) was launched at Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX) with average winning bid of VND10,200 per share;

- 08 November 2016: Put into operation under the model of a joint stock company with a charter capital of VND238.5 billion under the business registration certificate No.0100106553 amended for the fifth time by Hanoi Department of Planning and Investment;

- 23 February 2017: Became a public company under the Document No.955/UBCK-GSDC issued by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam;

- 27 October 2017: Traded on UPCOM market;
