SONADEZI ENVIRONMENT JSC (UPCoM: SZE)

- 26 December 1994: Bien Hoa Urban Environmental Services Company, was established through merging between Wood Processing Enterprise and Bien Hoa Sanitation Company under the Decision No. 3262/QD-UBT issued by Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee;

- 08 April 2008: Transformed into Bien Hoa Urban Environmental Services One-member Limited Company under the Decision No.1138/QD-UBND issued by Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee;

- 29 July 2010: Renamed as Dong Nai Urban Environmental Services One-member Limited Company under the Decision No.1983/QD-UBND issued by Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee;

- 01 January 2015: Became a member of Sonadezi Corporation;

- 28 July 2015: Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee issued the Decision No.2160/QD-UBND on approving the plan of equitizing and transforming  Dong Nai Urban Environmental Services One-member Limited Company into a joint stock company;

- 11 September 2015: Initial Public Offering (IPO) was launched at Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange (HOSE) with an average winning bid of VND10,138 per share;

- 08 October 2015: Shareholders' meeting was held to establish Sonadezi Environment Joint Stock Company;

- 01 November 2015: Transformed into Sonadezi Environment Joint Stock Company with a charter capital of VND300 billion;

- 18 January 2016: Became a public company under the Document No.304/UBCK-GSDC issued by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam;

- 09 December 2016: Traded on UPCOM market;
