- 1991: Vietnamese-French Cattle Feed JSC (Proconco) was established and it was the first joint venture between France (SCPA group) and Vietnam in the feed manufacturing sector.
- 1995: Expanded and constructed a new factory in Can Tho.
- 1997: Built a new factory in Khuyen Luong, Ha Noi.
- 2000: Constructed a new factory in Dinh Vu, Hai Phong.
- 2008: Transformed into a joint-stock company, signed a cooperation agreement with DONATABA.
- 2011: Acquired Long Chau feed factory in Hung Yen with the capacity of 120.000 tons per year.
- 2014: Built a new factory in An Nhon, Binh DInh. The charter capital was raised from VND1000 billion to VND2000 billion.
- 2015: Massan Nutri-Science acquired a 52 per cent equity in Vietnam French Cattle Feed JSC (PROCONCO) and take steps to make strong growth.
