- 28 September 2007: PTSC Offshore Services One-member Limited Liabilities Company was established under the Decision No.253/QD-DVKT-HDQT issued by PetroVietnam Technical Services Corporation;
- 05 October 2007: Put into operation with an initial charter capital of VND25 billion under the Business Registration Certificate No.3500818790 issued by Ba Ria-Vung Tau Department of Planning and Investment;
- 28 January 2010: Charter capital was raised up to VND200 billion under the Decision No.28/QD-DVKT-HDQT issued by PetroVietnam Technical Services Corporation;
- 17 December 2010: PetroVietnam Technical Services Corporation issued the Decision No.350/QD-DVKT-HDQT on raising the charter capital up to VND400 billion and approving the plan of equitizing and transforming PTSC Offshore Services One-member Limited Liabilities Company into a joint stock company;
- 27 December 2012: Put into operation under a joint stock company model with a name as PTSC Offshore Services Joint Stock Company;
- Since 25 November 2016: Traded on the UPCOM market;
