- 16/07/1971: Ninh Binh Clean Water Plant was established with capacity of 2,000m3/day;
- 1981: The plant's capacity was upgraded from 2,000m3/day up to 10,000m3/day;
- 1992: State Enterprise - Ninh Binh Clean Water Plant was established;
- 17/05/1994: Renamed into Ninh Binh Clean Water Company;
- 1996: The Factory was upgraded from 10,000m3/day to 20,000m3/day with total investment of USD 6.7 million;
- 1999: Merged Tam Diep Clean Water Company to Ninh Binh Clean Water Company;
- 25/05/2001: Upgraded capacity of Tam Diep Clean Water Factory from 4,000m3/day to 12,200m3/day with total investment of VND 28.647 billion; Constructed Nho Quan Water Supply System with capacity of 2,200m3/day and investment of VND 9.561 billion;
- 25/09/2001: Merged Thien Ton - Hoa Lu District Water Supply Station and Yen Ninh - Yen Khanh District Water Supply Station to Ninh Binh Clean Water Company with capacity of 2,000m3/day in each;
- 2003: Acquired Yen Thinh - Yen Mo District Water Supply Station with capacity of 2,000m3/day;
- 2005: Acquired Phat Diem - Kim Son District Water Supply Station with capacity of 3,000m3/day;
- 07/09/2007: Transformed into Ninh Binh Clean Water Trading Sole Member Company Limited;
- 2009: Acquired Me - Gia Vie District Water Supply Station with capacity of 1,500m3/day;
- 22/05/2015: Equitized into Ninh Binh Clean Water Joint Stock Company;
- 20/08/2015: Conducted initial public offerings;
- 24/11/2015: Officially operated in business model of a joint stock company with charter capital of VND 150.8 billion;
