- May 2014: Increased the charter capital to VND750 billion;

- 2015: Raised its charter capital up to VND1,800 billion and acquired 57% the ownership of Binh Chanh Construction Investment Shareholding Company which owns a land reserve of over 450 hectares in Binh Chanh and Binh Tan districts, Hochiminh;

- 21 November 2017: Increased the charter capital to VND2,424,000,430,000;

- 08 December 2017: Raised charter capital up to VND3,360,000,000,000 and merged Binh Chanh Construction Investment Shareholding Company into KDH;

- 14 March 2018: Increased the charter capital to VND3,878,323,170,000;

- 05 October 2018: Increased the charter capital to VND4,072,233,530,000;

- 17 October 2018: Increased the charter capital to VND4,140,233,530,000;
