KIDO Frozen Foods Joint Stock Company (Other: KDF)

- 1997: Walls Ice-cream Plant under Unilever Bestfoods Vietnam Limited Company was established;
- 14/04/2003: Ki Do Ice Cream Joint stock Company was established with an initial charter capital of VND30 billion;
- 07/2003: Walls Ice-cream Plant was transferred from Unilever Bestfoods Limited Company to Ki Do Ice Cream Joint stock Company;
- 11/2003: High-class products under the brand Merino were put into the market;
- 2004: High-class products under the brand Premium were put into the market to replace the ice-cream brand Wall's;
- 18/04/2005: Renamed as Ki Do Joint Stock Company;
- 16/11/2005: Charter capital was raised up to VND40 billion;
- 2006: Invested in yoghurt production line with a capacity of 3 million litres per year to produce yoghurt products under the brand WelYo;
- 2007: Charter capital was raised up to VND69 billion. In the same year, Celeno Premium brand was put into the market to replace Premium brand in Vietnam;
- 2010-2011: Expanded the plant in Tay Bac Cu Chi Industrial Park, imported one more yoghurt production line to increase yoghurt production capacity from 3 million litres up to 12 million litres per year and 1 ice-cream injection moulding production line to increase ice-cream production capacity from 9 million litres to 18 million litres per year;
- 2011: Transformed into Ki Do One-member Limited Company;
- 2012: Bear-face ice cream Cutie Bear was put into the market;
- 22/10/2015: Construction of Ice-cream and Yoghurt Plant in Vietnam - Singapore Industrial Park, Bac Ninh was commenced;
- 24/12/2015: Charter capital was raised up to VND400 billion;
- 30/09/2016: Tranformed into KIDO Frozen Foods Joint Stock Company;
- 30/11/2016: Ice-cream and Yoghurt Plant in Vietnam - Singapore Industrial Park, Bac Ninh was inaugurated and put into operation;
- 07/12/2016: Charter capital was raised up to VND560 billion;
- 16/08/2017: Became a public company under the Document No.5561/UBCK-GSDC issued by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam;
- 28/09/2017: Traded on UPCOM market;
