International Dairy Products Joint Stock Company (UPCoM: IDP)

- September 04, 2004: Formerly known as International Dairy Products Limited Company was established under the business registration certificate No.0302000974 issued for the first time by Ha Tay Department of Planning and Investment;

- 2004: Established the first plant in Chuong My and launched the first milk products under the brand of 'Ba Vi';

- October 26, 2005: Transformed into International Dairy Products Joint Stock Company with a charter capital of VND40 billion under the business registration certificate No.0303000376 issued by Ha Tay Department of Planning and Investment;

- November 15, 2007: Increased the charter capital to VND250 billion;

- 2009: Developed Love'in Farm dairy farm with a total investment of VND 600 billion, supporting 2,500 households and 10,000 dairy cows in Ba Vi and the vicinity;

- 2010: Established the second plant in Ba Vi;

- 2013: Launched Love'in Farm milk products, including farm yogurt and the first 100%-fresh milk yogurt;

- 2014: Launched KUN milk products;

- October 23, 2015: Increased the charter capital to VND464,450,600,000;

- 2015: Assembled more production lines in Cu Chi Branch Dairy Plant and launched young corn milk to the market;

- April 28, 2017: Increased the charter capital to VND526,450,600,000;

- April 23, 2020: Increased the charter capital to VND589,454,720,000;

- June 30, 2020: Became a public company under the Document No.4194/UBCK-GSDC issued by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC);

- January 07, 2021: Traded on the UPCOM market;
