- 05 January 2015: Put into operation under the model of a joint stock company with a charter capital of VND60 billion under the business registration certificate No.3300101082 amended for the second time by Thua Thien Hue Department of Planning and Invesment;
- 27 September 2017: Became a public company under the Document No.6460/UBCK-GSDC issued by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam;
