- 2010: Central Pharmaceutical 2 Joint Stock Company changed its name into Central Pharmaceutical 2 one member Limited Company.

- 10-September-2015: Central Pharmaceutical 2 one member Limited Company did an Initial Public Offering (IPO) on HOSE.

- 2-January-2016: Officially operates as a Joint Stock Company model with the charter of capital of VND182.7 billion.
