Vinafood 1 Flour Joint Stock Company (UPCoM: BMV)

- 16 October 2002: Thanh Nghe Tinh Food Company was established based on the merging of Thanh Hoa Food Company, Nghe An Food Company and Ha Tinh Food Company under the Decision No.4358/BNN-TCCB issued by Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;

- 08 April 2003: Vietnam Northern Food Corporation issued the Decision No.67/QD-HDQT-TCLD on the establishment of  Hung Quang Flour Factory under Thanh Nghe Tinh Food Company;

- 12 October 2004: Vietnam Northern Food Corporation issued the Decision No.319/QD-HDQT-TCLD on splitting Hung Quang Flour Factory from Thanh Nghe Tinh Food Company and transforming it into a branch of the Corporation;

- 2008: After acquisition of Bao Phuoc Flour Factory in Dinh Vu Industrial Park, Hai Phong, Vietnam Northern Food Corporation issued the Decision No.157/QD-TCTLTMB-HDQT on the establishment of Vinafood 1 Flour Company through merging between Hung Quang Flour Factory and Bao Phuoc Flour Factory;

- 23 October 2015: Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development issued the Decision No.4204/QD-BNN-QLDN on transforming Vinafood 1 Flour Company into Vinafood 1 Flour Company Limited;

- 28 October 2016: Initial Public Offering (IPO) was launched at Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX);

- 04 January 2017: Put into operation under the model of a joint stock company with a charter capital of VND242 billion under the business registration certificate No.0107151097 issued by Hanoi Department of Planning and Investment;

- 31 March 2017: Became a public company;

- 06 June 2017: Traded on UPCOM market;
