- 1980: Formerly known as X32 Enterprise - Ministry of National Defence was established;
- 22 April 1980: General Department of Logistics issued the Decision No.83/QD-H16 on dividing X32 Enterprise from X28 Factory;
- 22 February 1992: Ministry of National Defence issued the Decision No.85A/QD-QP on transforming X32 Enterprise into 32 Military Footwear – Garment Company;
- 08 December 1997: Renamed as The 32 Company under the Decision No.1718/QD-QP issued by Minitry of National Defence;
- 01 May 2005: Minitry of National Defence issued the Decision No.1357/QD-QP on the equitization of The 32 Company under the General Department of Logistics;
- 03 October 2007: Ministry of Defence issued the Decision No.2799/QD-QP on the approval of the plan to equitize and transform The 32 Company into 32 Joint Stock Company;
- 22 January 2008: Put into operation under the model of a joint stock company with a charter capital of VND68 billion under the business registration certificate No.4103009178 issued for the first time by Hochiminh Department of Planning and Investment;
- 21 August 2017: Became a public company;
- 23 October 2018: Traded on the UPCOM market;
