- Before 30/04/1975: Tay Ninh Water Supply Center under Saigon National Water Production and Supply Bureau;
- After the Liberal day: Renamed as Water Supply Enterprise under Tay Ninh Department of Water Supply;
- 24/09/1998: Renamed as Tay Ninh Water Supply Sewerage under the Decision No.95/QD-CT issued by Tay Ninh Provincial People's Committee;
- 01/03/2006: Transformed into Tay Ninh Water Supply One-member Limited Company under the Decision No.19/QD-UBND issued by Tay Ninh Provincial People's Committee;
- 06/11/2015: Tay Ninh Provincial People's Committee issued the Decision No.2558/QD-UBND on approving the plan of equitizing and transforming Tay Ninh Water Supply One-member Limited Company into a joint stock company;
- 18/12/2015: Initial Public Offering (IPO) was launched at Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange (HOSE) with average winning bid of VND10,000 per share;
- 10/03/2016: Put into operation under the model of a joint stock company with a charter capital of VND105,768,270,000 under the business registration certificate No.3900243762 amended for the seond time by Tay Ninh Department of Planning and Investment;
- 04/01/2017: Became a public company under the Document No.33/UBCK-GSDC issued by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam;
- 16/11/2017: Traded on UPCOM market;
