- 21 July 2006: Vietnam National Construction Consultants Corporation was established through reorganizing consulting units under Ministry of Construction to operated under a model of parent company-subsidiary under the Decision No.1061/QD-BXD issued by Minister of Construction;
- 22 July 2010: Transformed into a limited liability company under the Decision No.744/QD-BXD issued by Minister of Construction;
- 14 August 2016: Initial Public Offering (IPO) was launched at Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX) with average winning bid of VND10,052 per share;
- 07 October 2016: Put into operation under the model of a joint stock company with a charter capital of VND357,744,480,000;
- Ngày 11 January 2017: Became a public company;
- 17 July 2017: Traded on UPCOM market;
