Soc Son Urban Environment JSC (OTC: SSU)

- 03 February 1997: Soc Son Urban Environment Enterprise was established under the Decision No.639/QD-UB issued by Hanoi City People's Committee;

- 03 May 2013: Hanoi City People's Committee issued the Decision No.2878/QD-UBND on merging Gia Lam Urban Environment Enterprise,  Tu Liem Urban Environment Enterprise, Thanh Tri Urban Environment Enterprise, Soc Son Urban Environment Enterprise and Dong Anh Urban Environment Enterprise into Hanoi City Environment Hygiency Company Limited;

- 15 September 2014: Hanoi City Environment Hygiency Company Limited issued the Decision No. 648/QD-MTDT on establishing Soc Son Urban Environment Enterprise Branch;

- 05 June 2015: Hanoi City People's Committee issued the Decision No.2545/QD-UBND on approving the corporate value and the plan of equitizing Soc Son Urban Environment Enterprise Branch under Hanoi City Environment Hygiency Company Limited;

- 05 November 2015: Initial Public Offering (IPO) was launched successfully at Royal International Securities Joint Stock Company with an offered quantity of 690,100 shares and an average winning bid of VND17,570 per share;

- 04 April 2016: Shareholders' meeting was held for the first time to establish Soc Son Urban Environment Joint Stock Company;

- 28 April 2016: Hanoi City People's Committee issued the Decision No.2103/QD-UBND on equitizing Soc Son Urban Environment Enterprise Branch into  Soc Son Urban Environment Joint Stock Company;

- 06 June 2016: Put into operation under the model of a joint stock company with a charter capital of VND25 billion under the business registration certificate No. 0107461250 issued for the first time by Hanoi Department of Planning and Investment;

- 19 December 2016: Traded on UPCOM market
