- Song Da 7 Joint Stock Company (SD7) was formerly preceded by a concrete construction site of Thac Ba Hydroelectricity Construction Company, founded in 1963, directly involved in the construction of Thac Ba Hydroelectricity Plant, this is the Vietnam's first hydroelectric plant. In 2006, the Company transformed its business model to a Joint Stock Company. Current charter capital of the company is 106 billion. Currently, Song Da 7 Joint Stock Company is one of the main construction units at a national key project, Lai Chau Hydroelectric Plant with a capacity of 1,200 MW.
