Milestones
- 20 December 1985: Tan Bien Rubber Company was established under the Decision No.68/TCCB-QD issued by Vietnam Administration of Rubber (Now Vietnam Rubber Group);
- 01 January 2010: Transformed in to Tan Bien Rubber One-Member Limited Company with the whole ownership of the State under the Decision No.340/QD-HDQTCSTB issued by Vietnam Rubber Group;
- 15 January 2016: Vietnam Rubber Group issued the Decision No.15A/QD-HDTVCSVN on approving the equitization plan of Tan Bien Rubber One-Member Limited Company;
- 11 March 2016: IPO was launched at Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange (HOSE) with successfully offered quantity of 66,600 shares and an average winning bid of VND18,721 per share;
- 29 April 2016: Put into operation under a joint stock company model with a charter capital of VND879.45 billion;
- 07 November 2016: Traded on UPCOM market;
