Lap Phuong Thanh Production And Trading Joint Stock Company (UPCoM: LPT)

- February 04, 2002: Lap Phuong Thanh Production And Trading Limited Company was established with an initial charter capital of VND4,785,413,000 under the business registration certificate No.0402000094 issued for the first time by Hai Duong Department of Planning and Investment;

- March 17, 2008: Transformed into Lap Phuong Thanh Production And Trading Joint Stock Company with a charter capital of VND6 billion under the business registration certificate No.0800258431 issued by Hai Duong Department of Planning and Investment;

- April 08, 2010: Lap Phuong Thanh Vocational Training and Driver Testing Center under Lap Phuong Thanh Production And Trading Joint Stock Company was establised under the Decision No.838/2010/QD-UBND issued by Hai Duong Provincial People's Committee;

- November 01, 2011: Lap Phuong Thanh Vocational Training and Driver Testing Center officially came into operation under the Trainer Licence No.124/TCDBVN/QLPT&NL issued by Directorate for Roads of Vietnam;

- March 05, 2012: Increased the charter capital to VND40 billion;

- January 24, 2018: Increased the charter capital to VND120 billion;

- December 24, 2019: Decreased the charter capital to VND80 billion;

- December 31, 2020: Became a public company under the Document No.7715/UBCK-GSDC issued the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC);

- April 08, 2021: Traded on the UPCOM market;
