- 1988: Song Be Printing Enterprise was established on the basis of merge Printing Enterprise under Department of Culture and Information into Printing Enterprise under Song Be Newspaper;

- June 12, 2000: Binh Duong Provincial People's Committee issued the Decision No.93/2000/QDUB on the merging of Song Be Printing Enterprise into Song Be Lottery Company - Binh Duong Province;

- March 01, 2010: Branch of Binh Duong Lottery One-member Company Limited - Binh Duong Printing Factory was established under Binh Duong Lottery One-member Company Limited;

- October 09, 2017: Transformed into Binh Duong General Printing One-Member Limited Company under the business registration certificate No.3702606911 issued by Binh Duong Department of Planning and Investment;

- August 06, 2018: Binh Duong Provincial People's Committee issued the Decision No.2162/QD-UBND on approving the plan of equitizing Binh Duong General Printing One-Member Limited Company;

- January 02, 2019: Officially transformed into Binh Duong General Printing Joint Stock Company with a charter capital of VND90 billion under the business registration certificate No.3702606911 amended for the first time by Binh Duong Department of Planning and Investment;

- May 24, 2019: Traded on the UPCOM market;
