- (2) Purchasing 100% shares of Ha Noi Vien Dong Pharmaceutical JSC and transforming it into a one-member limited liability Company directly under its control.
- (3) Participating in capital investment into construction for Lili France Joint-Venture Factory.
- 2008: The Company opened 22 branches and became the most wide-range pharmaceutical company in Vietnam.
