- 01 August 2016: Charter capital was raised up to VND200 billion;

- 28 June 2017: Became a public company under the Document No.4376/UBCK-GSDC issued by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam;

- 24 October 2017: Listed on Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX);

- 16 November 2017: Tradded on Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX);

- August 16, 2019: Increased charter capital to VND241.99 billion;

- October 16, 2019: Increased charter capital to VND245.80 billion;

- November 30, 2020: Increased charter capital to VND274.95 billion;

- August 09, 2021: Increased charter capital to VND302.45 billion;

- August 17, 2021: Increased charter capital to VND307.36 billion;
