DT4 manages 352 km of domestic inland waterways, which belongs to 7 rivers, including 48km Duong river, 104 km Cau river, 19 km Cong river, 62km Thuong river, 7km Thai Binh river, 56 km Luc Nam river and 56km Bang Giang river. The management area covers 6 provinces and cities (Bac Ninh, Bac Giang, Hai Duong, Hanoi, Thai Nguyen and Cao Bang) and runs across 21 districts, towns and 159 communes, wards and townlets. DT4 has been traded on the UPCOM market since July 2016.
