- June, 1999: The company was equitized according to the decision No 2582/QD-UB of Hanoi People's committee and started working based on the certificate of business registration No 056699 on 15 December, 1999 issued by Hanoi Department of Plan and Investment with the chartered capital of VND 4,33 billion.
- May, 2004: The company became a subsidiary of dependent accounting under Transerco based on the decision No 72/2004/QD-UB of Hanoi People's Committee.
- 2006: The company increased its chartered capital to VND 16,001 billion by issuing more stocks for current shareholders.
- 2007: The company once again raised its charetered capital to VND 16,394 billion by sharing current shareholders with bonus stocks.
- February 26, 2016: The initial trading day of CXH on UPCoM with the closing price at the ending session of VND 11.000 per stock.
- August 29, 2019: Increased charter capital to VND18.853 billion;
