Milestones
- 09 October 1969: VCC Engineering Consultants Joint Stock Company, formerly known as Designing Institute for Industrial Construction, was established under the Decision No.201/CP issued by the Prime Minister;
- 28 December 1992: Renamed as VCC Engineering Consultants Company - a State owned enterprise;
- 24 November 2006: Initial Public Offering (IPO) was launched with an offered quantity of 360,000 sharess and average winning bid of VND12,676 per share;
- 04 May 2007: Put into operation under the model of a joint stock company with a charter capital of VND18 billion;
- 25 August 2014: Became a public company under the Document No.4754/UBCK-QLPH issued by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam;
