- 01 November 2016: Put into operation under the model of a joint stock company with a charter capital of VND1,100 billion;
- 12 April 2017: Became a public company under the Document No.1906/UBCK-GSDC issued by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam;
- 20 July 2017: Traded on UPCOM market;
