- 06 October 2005: Saigon - Quang Ngai Joint Stock Company was established as a subsidiary of Saigon Beer - Alcohol - Beverage Joint Stock Corporation with an initial charter capital of VND450 billion;
- 29 June 2007: Became a public company;
- 20 September 2007: Quang Ngai Provincial People's Committee issued the investment certificate No.34121000019 with a total investment of VND1,580,677 million to construct Saigon - Quang Ngai Beer Factor with a capacity of 100 million litres of beer per year in Quang Phu Industrial Park, Quang Ngai City, Quang Ngai Province;
- 15 December 2010: Took over Saigon - Quang Ngai Beer Factory equipped with Germany's advanced automatic production system with a capacity of 100 million litres annually and 60,000 packaged bottles per hour;
- 18 December 2013: A new packaging line came into operation with a capacity of 35,000 cans per hour;
- 2016: Fermentation tank system and energy saving system were invested to increase the capacity of the factory up to 130 million litres of beer per year;
- 28 February 2017: Traded on UPCOM market;
