- 10/12/1986: Phu Binh Plantation was established under the Decision No.400/QD-UB issued by Dong Phu District People's Commitee;
- 14/11/1992: Phu Binh Plantation State-owned Enterprise was established under the Decision No.111/QD-UB issued by Song Be Provincial People's Committee;
- 08/12/1997: Transformed Phu Binh Plantation into income-generating public-service unit under the Decision No.4034/QD-UB issued by Binh Duong Provincial People's Committee;
- 15/12/2010: Transformed Phu Binh Plantation into Binh Duong Forestry Limited Company with initial charter capital of VND23 billion;
- 29/05/2014: Charter capital was raised up to VND 78,144,000,000;
- 30/09/2014: Transferred the representative of the FCB capital ownership to Thanh Le General Import - Export Trading Corporation;
- 16/05/2016: Binh Duong Provincial People's Committee issued the Decision No.1143/QD-UBND on approving the plan of equitizing Binh Duong Forestry Limited Company;
- 27/06/2016: Initial Public Offering (IPO) was launched at Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange (HOSE) with a successfully offered quantity of 464,718 shares and average winning bid of VND10,020 per share;
- 03/08/2016: Put into operation under the model of a joint stock company with a charter capital of VND106,883,630,000 under the business registration certificate No.3701815415 amended for the fourth time by Binh Duong Department of Planning and Investment;
- 13/04/2017: Became a public company under the Document No.1956/UBCK-GSDC issued by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam;
- 12/06/2017: Traded on UPCOM market;
