- September 2002: Anh Hai Duy Limited Company, the precursor of the Company, was established with a charter capital of VND500 million;

- March 2007: An Phat Plastic and Package Joint Stock Company was established with a charter capital of VND30 billion on the basis of equitizing Anh Hai Duy Limited Company;

- December 2007: Increased the charter capital to VND66 billion;

- November 2009: Renamed as An Phat Plastic and Green Environment Joint Stock Company;

- June 2010: Became a public company under the Document No.1742/UBCK-QLPH issued by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC);

- July 2010: Listed on Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX);

- 2012: Increased the charter capital to VND198 billion;

- June October 2016: Listed on Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE);

- 25 November 2016: Traded on Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE);

- 23 December 2016: Increased the charter capital to VND569,649,880,000;

- 07 June 2017: Increased the charter capital to VND586,649,880,000;

- 21 June 2017: Increased the charter capital to VND592,499,880,000;
