




















































































































- In April 1975: The predecessor was the Southern Rubber Board, which was transformed into the General Rubber Corporation under the Provisional Revolutionary Government of South Vietnam.
- In July 1977: Transformed into Vietnam Rubber Corporation under the Ministry of Agriculture.
- In March 1980: The General Department of Rubber came under the Council of Ministers with two functions: state management of rubber and organization of rubber production.
- In 1989: Transformed into the General Rubber Corporation under the Ministry of Agriculture and Food Industry.
- In 1995: The corporation was classified as a Special-Class State Corporation under Decision No. 91/TTg.
- In 2006: The Government decided to establish the Vietnam Rubber Industry Group.
- In 2010: The parent company – Vietnam Rubber Industry Group – was converted into a One-Member Limited Liability Company wholly owned by the State.
- On December 26, 2017: The Prime Minister approved the equitization plan of the Vietnam Rubber Industry Group.
- On March 21, 2018: First trading day on UPCoM with a reference price of VND 13,000 per share.
- On March 9, 2020: Delisting date from UPCoM.
- On March 17, 2020: First trading day on HOSE with a reference price of VND 11,570 per share.
- In February 2025: Vietnam Rubber Industry Group came under the Ministry of Finance.
