- 01 July 1997: Press Publishing Center, a precursor of the company, was established.;

- 1999: Renamed as Military Post Center;

- 2006: Transformed into Viettel Post State-owned One-member Limited Company;

- 14 January 2009: Ministry of National Defence issued the Decision No.123/QD-BQP on approving the equitization plan of Viettel Post State-owned One-member Limited Company;

- 27 March 2009: Initial Public Offering (IPO) was launched at average winning bid of VND10,171 per share;

- 03 July 2009: Transformed into Viettel Post Joint Stock Company with a charter capital of VND60 billion under the business registration certificate No.0103038883 issued for the first time by Hanoi Department of Planning and Investment;

- 09 September 2009: Inaugurated post and delivery services in Cambodia;

- February 2011: Granted with the international post and delivery licence;

- 13 April 2012: Transformed into Viettel Post Joint Stock Corporation under the business registration certificate No.0101093672 issued by Hanoi Department of Planning and Investment;

- 22 June 2015: Charter capital was increased to VND68.99 billion;

- 22 June 2016: Charter capital was increased to VND181.92 billion;

- 19 September 2016: Charter capital was increased to VND228.85 billion;

- 31 October 2017: Charter capital was increased to VND296.8 billion;

- April 2017: Established its subordinate company in Myanmar;

- 20 September 2018: Charter capital was increased to VND413.76 billion;

- 23 November 2018: Traded on the UPCOM market;

- July 12, 2019: Increased charter capital to VND585,05 billion;

- December 30, 2019: Increased charter capital to VND596.19 billion.

- September 23, 2020: Increased charter capital to VND830.47 billion.
