Vietnam Southern Food Corporation - JSC (UPCoM: VSF)

- 18 August 1976: Vietnam Southern Rice Corporation was established under the Decision No.130/LTTP issued by Ministry of Food and Foodstuff;

- 20 July 1978: Renamed as Vietnam Southern Food Corporation under the Decision No.1606/LTTP-LD issued by Ministry of Food and Foodstuff;

- 09 September 1986: Renamed as Food Corporation - Zone II under the Decision No.493 QD/TC issued by Ministry of Food;

- 07 November 1987: Established Central Food Corporation (Vinafood) under Ministry of Agriculture and Food Industry on the basis of restructuring Food Corporation - Zone I, Food Corporation - Zone II, Central Food Corporation, Food Import and Export Corporation, Packing Material Company II, and wheat flour and rice mill enterprises under the Decision No.210/HDBT issued by Council of Ministers;

- 18 January 1990: Re-established Central Food Corporation II (VINAFOOD II) under Ministry of Agriculture and Food Industry under the Decision No.19 NN-TCCB/QD issued by Ministry of Agriculture and Food Industry ;

- 24 May 1995: Established Vietnam Southern Food Corporation on the basis of restructuring Central Food Corporation II, Central Food Corporation III and food trading units from Quang Nam - Da Nang under the Decision No.311/QD/TTg issued by the Prime Minister;

- 08 February 2007: Put into operation under the model of Parent Company - Subsidiary;

- 30 March 2011: Transformed into Vietnam Southern Food Corporation - One-member Limited Company;

- 23 April 2018: Traded on the UPCOM market;

- 09 October 2018: Transformed into Vietnam Southern Food Corporation - Joint Stock Company with a charter capital of VND5,000 billion under the business registration certificate No.0300613198 amended for the 11th time by Hochiminh Department of Planning and Investment;
