Thai Nguyen Water JSC (UPCoM: TNW)

- 31 December 1992: Bac Thai Water Factory was established under the Decision No.753/QD-UB issued by Bac Thai Provincial People's Committee;

- 24 November 1993: Renamed as Bac Thai Water Supply Company under the Decision No.746/UB-QD issued by Bac Thai Provincial People's Committee;

- 04 April 1997: Renamed as Thai Nguyen Water Supply Company under the Decision No.681/QD-UB issued by Thai Nguyen Provincial People's Committee;

- 07 October 2005: Renamed as Thai Nguyen Clean Water Trading Limited Company under the Decisin No.2088/QD- UBND issued by Thai Nguyen Provincial People's Committee;

- 22 October 2009: Thai Nguyen Provincial People's Committee issued the Decision No.2691/QD-UBND on approving the plan of equitizing and transforming Thai Nguyen Clean Water Trading Limited Company into  Thai Nguyen Water Joint Stock Company;

- 22 November 2009: Initial Public Offering (IPO) was launched with a successfully offered quantity of 955,000 shares;

- 20 December 2009: Shareholders' meeting was held successfully for the first time to establish Thai Nguyen Water Joint Stock Company;

- 25 December 2009: Put into operation under the model of a joint stock company with a charter capital of VND76,368,000,000 under the business registration certificate No.4600100109 issued by Thai Nguyen Department of Planning and Investment;

- 22 June 2015: Charter capital was raised up to VND160 billion;

- 13 May 2016: Became a public company under the document No.2542/UBCK-TT issued by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam;

- 26 May 2017: Traded on UPCOM market;
