- 07 September 1989: Formerly known as Dong Nai General Trading Production Service Company (PROSECO) was established;

- 22 December 1992: Transformed into Tin Nghia Limited Company under the Decision No.09/QD.UBT issued by Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee;

- 06 August 1994: Transformed into Tin Nghia State-owned Company under the Decision No.1828/QD.UBT issued by Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee;

- 19 October 2004: Transformed into Tin Nghia One-member Limited Company under the Decision No.432/QD-TU issued by Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee;

- 31 March 2006: Put into operation under the model of Parent company - Subsidiary under the Decision No.18b-QD/TU issued by Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee;

- 11 March 2009: Put into operation under the model of a Corporation under the Decision No.526/QD-TU issued by Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee;

- 22 July 2010: Transformed into Tin Nghia Corporation under the model of parent company - subsidiary under the Decision No.778/QD-TU issued by Dong Nai Provincial People' s Committee;

- 01 April 2016: Initial Public Offering (IPO) was launhed at an average winning bid of VND11,885 per share;

- 18 May 2016: Transformed into a joint stock company;

- 22 August 2016: Became a public company;

- 12 December 2018: Traded on the UPCOM market;
