- 26 Novemer 2015: Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee issued the Decision No. 4908/QD-UBND on approving the plan of equitizing and transforming Thanh Hoa Urban Construction and Environment Joint Limited Company into a joint stock company;

- 19 January 2016: Initial Public Offering (IPO) was launched at  Asia - Pacific Securities Joint Stock Company with an offered quantity of 702,200 shares and average winning bid of VND12,500 per share;
