- 11 July 2016: Initial Public Offering (IPO) was launched at Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX) with average winning bid of VND10,200 per share;

- 08 November 2016: Put into operation under the model of a joint stock company with a charter capital of VND238.5 billion under the business registration certificate No.0100106553 amended for the fifth time by Hanoi Department of Planning and Investment;

- 23 February 2017: Became a public company under the Document No.955/UBCK-GSDC issued by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam;
