- 2014: Launched mobile banking application F@st Mobile;

- 2015: Acquired and renamed Vietnam Chemical Finance Joint Stock Company as Techcom Finance Co.,Ltd (TechcomFinance);

- 2017: Charter capital was raised to VND11,655,307,200,000;

- Early 2018: Divested its capital from Techcom Finance Co.,Ltd (TechcomFinance);

- 22 May 2018: Listed on Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE);

- 04 June 2018: Traded on Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE);

- 10 August 2018: Increased the charter capital to VND VND34,965,921,600,000;

- 12 November 2019: Increased the charter capital to VND VND35,001,399,620,000;

- 19 January 2021: Increased the charter capital to VND35,049,062,300,000;
