- 16 May 2007: Renamed as Song Da Hoang Lien Hydropower Joint Stock Company under the Decision No.165 TCT/HDQT by Song Da Corporation;

- 2007: Commenced the construction of Su Pan 2 Hydropower Plant and raised its charter capital up to  VND140 billion;

- 07 June 2009: Su Pan 2 Hydropower Joint Stock Company  was approved as a public company by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam;

- 17 October 2010: Inaugurated Thanh Phu bridge under Nam Cun Hydropower Work;

- 30 December 2011: The generating unit No.1 of Su Pan 2 Hydropower Plant was completed and put into operation;

- 08 January 2013: 03 generating units of Su Pan 2 Hydropower Plant were completed and put into operation for commercial purpose;

- 2016: Renamed as Su Pan 2 Hydropower Joint Stock Company (as the original name);

- 30 September 2016: Traded on the UPCOM market;
