- 12 December 2014: Initial Public Offering (IPO) was launched with an offered quanity of 60,826,400 shares and average winning bid of VND10,100 per share;

- 23 March 2015: Shareholders' meeting was held successfully for the first time;

- 17 April 2015: Put into operation under the model of a joint stock company with a charter capital of VND 1,250;

- 08 June 2015: Became a public company under the Document No.2893/UBCK-QLPH issued by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam;
