- Quang Ninh Construction and Cement Joint Stock Company (QNC), formerly known as Uong Bi Coal Enterprise, was established in 1985. In 2005, the company moved to operate as a joint stock model. The principal activities of the company are to produce cement, concrete, coal production and processing, mining and construction materials production. Lam Thach Cement Plant of the company has a capacity of 160,000 tons / year and is being raised to 500,000 tons / year. Lam Thach Cement Plant II is manufactured using rotary kiln technology, with a capacity of 1,000,000 tons / year and Ha Tu Cement Plant with a capacity of 100,000 tons / year. For mechanical construction field, the company has 14 locomotives of all kinds imported from Japan, USA and Sweden. The Company's coal products are exploited by Uong Bi Coal Enterprise with a production capacity of 500,000 tons / year and supplied to Vietnam Coal and Minerals Industry Group. Stone products of the Company are exploited through Phuong Mai Joint Stock Company with a capacity of 500,000m3 / year and brick production through Thanh Son Ceramic Company. The company's products account for 70% of the market in Quang Ninh province and 30% market share in some neighboring provinces. QNC has been traded on the UPCOM market since October 2020. Collapse
