Main business scope:

- The Company's main business lines are (i) textile and garment (yarn, thread, fabric, home textile products), (ii) real estate and financial investment.  In terms of real estate business, PPHC mainly participates in infrastructure construction (industrial parks), building construction (office buildings, hotels and resorts).

- 17 September 2013: Charter capital was raised up to VND656.25 billion;

- 30 May 2014: Charter capital was raised up to VND733,505,810,000 through issuance of shares to acquire PPF (Phong Phu Fabric Joint Stock Company) and PPH (Phong Phu Home Textile Joint Stock Company), 2 subsidiaries of PPH. The Company also expanded business to high class laundry services by cooperating with Hirose Shokai Company (Japan) to establish Linen Supply Company and established Gia Phuc Garment Joint Stock Company;
