Phu Nhuan Jewelry Joint Stock Company (HOSE: PNJ)

- 28 April 1988, Phu Nhuan Jewelry Trading Store was founded under Phu Nhuan District People's Committee;

- 1992: Officially named as Phu Nhuan Jewelry Company as a professional jeweler after twice renaming from Phu Nhuan Jewelry Trading Store and Phu Nhuan Jewelry, Fine Arts and Currency Exchange Company; At that time, PNJ also expanded the business by founding the Dong A Bank with 40% equity ratio;

- 2001: The brand PNJSilver was officially launched;

- 02 January 2014: Equitized and transformed into Phu Nhuan Jewelry Joint Stock Company;

- 03 April 2008: The new logo was launched to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the establishment and development;

- March 2009: PNJ share was listed at HOSE, which increased its charter capital to VND 400 billion;

- August 2009: CAO Fashion Company Limited was established with the addition of watch trading business from world-renowned brands in the PNJ branch system;

- March 2011: Commenced the construction of PNJ jewelry factory in Vietnam; Simultaneously, PNJ constantly upgrades the scale of distribution system and inaugurates headquarters as well as jewelry centers in Kien Giang, Binh Duong, Bien Hoa, Hanoi

- 18 October 2012: Inauguarated PNJ jewelry factory with a investment up to VND 120 billion and a capacity of 4 million items per year;

- 12 January 2013: Opened its biggest center for trading jewelry, diamond and watch at 52A- 52B Nguyen Van Troi, Phu Nhuan district, Ho Chi Minh city;

- November 2013: Charter capital was increased to VND755.97 billion;

- 10 July 2015: Charter capital was increased to VND982,745,770,000;

- 02 February 2018: Charter capital was increased to VND1,081,020,340,000;

- 10 July 2018: Charter capital was increased to VND1,621,393,240,000;

- 14 December 2018: Charter capital was increased to VND1,670,029,820,000;

- 04 July 2019: Charter capital was increased to VND2,226,679,600,000;

- 31 December 2019: Charter capital was increased to VND2,252,935,850,000;

- 11 January 2021: Charter capital was increased to VND2,276,123,620,000;
