Ha Noi South Housing and Urban Development Corporation (HOSE: NHA)

- March 26, 2004: Previously known as Thanh My Ltd. established with an initial chartered capital of VND2.5 billion, majoring in stone exploitation, construction and trading building materials in Hanam.

- 2006: Raised the chartered capital to VND26 billion and registered trading in fields of real estate, hotel and restaurant;

- 2007: Equitized and renamed as Thanh My Joint Stock Company, increased the chartered capital to VND18.5 billion by issuing seperately to 5 shareholders with price of 10.000VND per share;

- 2008: Raised its capital to VND39.1 billion;

- January 25, 2010: Renamed as Housing and Urban Development Corporation in south of Hanoi with the chartered capital of VND58.9 billion;

- July 13, 2010: Officially traded on Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX);

- 2011: The company added 2.450.000 shares and increased its charter capital to VND88,35 billion;

- August 01, 2017: Increased the charter capital to VND127.59 billion;

- November 12, 2019: Increased the charter capital to VND174.59 billion;

- October 06, 2020: Increased the charter capital to VND241.45 billion;

- January 13, 2021: Delisted from Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX);

- December 30, 2020: Listed on Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE);

- June 24, 2021: Increased charter capital to VND277,66 billion;

- July 06, 2021: Increased charter capital to VND281,16 billion;
