- 31 July 1993: Chairman of Ha Bac Provincial People's Committee issued the Decision No.719/UB on the establishment of Bac Ninh Urban Works Management Company under Bac Ninh Town People's Committee;

- 11 March 1998: Bac Ninh Provincial People's Committee issued the Decision No.16/UB on renaming Bac Ninh Urban Works Management Company into Bac Ninh Urban Environment and Public Works Company;

- 24 November 2006: Bac Ninh Provincial People's Committee issued the Decision No.1530/QD – UBND on the approval of the plan to transform Bac Ninh Urban Environment and Public Works Company into Bac Ninh Urban Environment and Public Works One-Member Limited Company;

- 21 June 2013: Bac Ninh Provincial People's Committee issued the Decision No.714/QD-UBND on the equitization of Bac Ninh Urban Environment and Public Works One-Member Limited Company;

- 05 October 2016: Initial Public Offering (IPO) was launched at Asia - Pacific Securities Joint Stock Company with average winning bid of VND13,000 per share;

- 03 July 2017: Transformed into Bac Ninh Urban Environment and Public Works Joint Stock Company with a charter capital of VND57.5 billion under the business registration certificate No.2300181671 amended for the second time by Bac Ninh Department of Planning and Investment;

- 06 Dcember 2017: Became a public company;

- 03 October 2018: Traded on the UPCOM market;

- 27 September 2018: Charter capital was increased to VND58,03 billion

- October 16, 2019: Decreased charter capital to VND57.5 billion.
