- April 2010: Operation of Que Huong 1 Hotel was suspended to construct Novotel Saigon Centre hotel with a capacity of 247 four-star rooms;
- September 2010: Operation of Metropole hotel was suspended to construct Pullman Saigon Centre Hotel with a capacity of 306 five-star rooms;
- 2011: Raised charter capital up to VND649 billion and established Liberty Hospitality Management Co.,Ltd;
- May 2011: Commenced construction of Metropole Conference and Wedding Center;
- July 2011: Commenced construction of Liberty Central Saigon Riverside Hotel;
- October 2011: Site of Van Canh Restaurant was handed to District No.1 People Committee, Ho Chi Minh City;
- May 2012: Novotel Saigon Centre (Que Huong 1) Hotel came into operation with 247 rooms. Metropole Conference and Wedding Center came into operation with a capacity of 2,400 guests;
- April 2013: Que Huong 3 Hotel was renamed as Saigon Greenview Hotel. Que Huong 4 Hotel was renamed as Liberty Saigon Parkview Hotel. Liberty Central Hotel was renamed as Liberty Central Saigon Centre Hotel;
