- 31 January 2004: Lai Chau Water Supply and Drainage Company was established under the Decision No.138/QD-UBND issued by Lai Chau Provincial People's Committee;
- 30 December 2005: Lai Chau Provincial People's Committee issued the Decision No.1789/QD-UBND on transforming Lai Chau Water Supply and Drainage Company into Lai Chau Water Supply and Construction Limited Company;
